Welcome to SpireKids.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SpireKids website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, installing the SpireKids app, or accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age to form a binding contract.
- You have authority to consent on behalf of children added.
- Information provided during registration is accurate.
- You will keep your account credentials secure.
2. Account Registration and Security
To use most features of SpireKids, you must register for an account:
- You are responsible for safeguarding your master login password and PIN.
- You agree not to disclose your password to unauthorized third parties.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
SpireKids is intended to foster a positive, educational environment. You agree not to use the Services in any way that:
- Violates any national or international law or regulation.
- Exploits, harms, or attempts to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- Interferes with the operation of the Services or other users' enjoyment.
- Attempts to bypass or manipulate the screen-time monitoring improperly.
- Transmits viruses, malware, or other malicious computer code.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain premium parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis:
- Billing: Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via App Store, Google Play, or web billing settings.
- Refunds: Handled in accordance with Apple and Google Play store billing policies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, original learning curriculum, illustrations, animations, and software code remain the exclusive property of SpireKids and its licensors.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and pedagogical excellence, SpireKids does not guarantee error-free uninterrupted operation.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of SpireKids after changes take effect indicates your agreement to the updated Terms.
