Important Parent Notice
Monitoring only applies to child profiles. Parents have complete granular control to select or exclude any app from monitoring at any time.
5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
SpireKids complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable child safety standards. We do not sell children's data, minimize all telemetry, and provide full parent tools to export or delete child profiles at will.

We NEVER sell personal information or show third-party ads.
Limited technical data is shared only with strictly vetted infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS/GCP cloud hosting, Apple/Google Play payment processors) solely to operate SpireKids.

All communications use industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption, secure access controls, and salted password hashes stored in ISO/SOC-certified data centers.
